Murder Mystery March 3, 2001
There will be a Murder Mystery event produced by Rose Stout, including dinner. The cost is fourty dollars per person and there will be a cash bar during the cocktail hour starting at 6PM. Dinner begins at 7PM. Door prizes will be awarded. Please contact Sue Thomas for further details onb 815-493-8058.

WINTER CARNIVAL January 20, 2001
Come one! Come all! To the Winter Carnival at the Ski Hill on January 20, 2001. Come and view the artwork and decorations on display by the children of the area. Ski and enjoy the concessions.

Sleigh Ride Coming February 10, 2001!
There will be a horse drawn sleigh ride on February 10, 2001 at the Plum Tree lodge. The time is from 2PM to 5PM. The cost is ten dollars per person and kids are free if they occupy the lap of a paying adult. Each ride will be for 1/2 hour. Please contact Jeannette Murray on 815-493-8771 for further information.
Ice Fishing Seminar February 10, 2001
There will be an Ice Fishing seminar at the West Marina on February 10, 2001 at 10:30 AM. Please join us for this interesting and fun sport. Learn all there is to know and what bait and tackle to use. As of Jan 5, the ice is 14" thick.

Ice Fishing Derby February 10, 2001
The fun begins at 7:00 AM and concludes at 12:00 Noon. Please register at the Trailsides Inn. A donation to the fishing club of five dollars is requested. There will be prizes for the largest crappie, and largest blue gill. Also there will be a prize for the smallest fish caught. The official weighout will be at 12 Noon. For further information please call Tom Wannak at 815-493-6268. Breakfast will also be available at the lodge that morning. |
