Welcome To The Lake Carroll Ski Club Web Site
Salutations! We hope you are enjoying Spring with all that mother nature has to offer. With Summer just around the corner, the Winter ski season is far behind us, but not forgotton. It was a profitable two months. Earnings from concessions and donations totaled ,000.00 in eight short weeks.(Did I say short?) Never has a group, willing to work for so little, earned so much. We have proved that perserverance pays off. Thank you. |
PRISTINE, is one of the words that best describes the view of Lake Carroll this past winter. The snow covering all of the land, was its undisturbed state, and so beautiful, you had to see it to believe it.
There was much sledding to be had on the ski hill, Saucers, Sleds, Tobaggans, were the choices of some of the bravehearts. The snow on the sled hill (the backsite of the chair lift hill) was as deep as three feet in some areas.
